Job-related technical training or equivalent.Previous experience related to defined job responsibilities or equivalent training.Must be proficient at using computer and peripheral devices.Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Excellent attendance.Adequate vision acuity.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Good management and leadership skills.Excellent technical abilities.Good computer proficiency / Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Basic understanding of blueprints, Solidworks, AutoCad an asset.Create and adjust job instructions, set up instructions, pack instructions, tally sheets and error proofing tags as needed for new programs, program changes and process changes.Must create document change notices for all changes made to controlled documents.Retrieve signatures for all Document Change Notices.Keep an organized file of changes made to instructions.Laminate and deliver all changes instructions to Supervisors.Must be able to understand Control Plans as these are used to create Job Instructions.Understand Flows and PFMEA’s as adjustments may need made to these documents.Must be able to communicate with all departments to be aware when changes need to be completed on job instructions.Maintain IMDS files.Be able to input new materials into system or update for changes.Input and manage Engineering Change Notices.Communicate with Engineers to be aware when changes are being made so that ECN’s are up to date and filed correctly.Communicate with other departments regarding ECN’s to ensure all affected documentation is updated.Responsible for keeping ECN Log current (including status, such as closure dates)Clerical duties to support the engineering department.Prepares, reviews and submits IMDS records.Other duties as assigned.Operator Instruction Development.Business Management System.Production operation & Engineering processes.IATF requirements and documentation.Controlled documentation & filing procedures.CAD and engineering software.Engineering process change procedures.IMDS reporting system.Physical Demands: Constant communication with employees, peers, and managementOvertime as required
