The Industrial Strategies Division (ISD) at the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor I (SUP I) to lead the Administrative Oversight Section (AOS) and serve as a key member of the Division’s management team.The Administrative Oversight Section provides division-wide administrative support to ISD and its seven branches, including personnel transactions, contracts and procurements, facilities coordination, safety and emergency management, and general office services. The Division’s programs address fuels, energy, waste, natural systems, and other climate and air quality efforts, with fiscal responsibilities that include: The multi-billion-dollar Cap-and-Trade and Low Carbon Fuel programs Tens of millions in annual collections under the AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Several million in annual contracts Funding to support over 200 staffUnder the direction of the Assistant Division Chiefs, the SUP I plans, organizes, and directs the activities of AOS to ensure timely and effective delivery of administrative services.
