Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Sr Manager, Continuous Improvement\nThis is What You’ll Do\nPartner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to analyze existing workflows and translate operational challenges into structured improvement opportunities and recommendations grounded in data and best practices.\nSupport the design of new or improved processes through process mapping, process documentation, workflow analysis, and documentation of current- and future-state processes.\nConduct time studies, data collection, and root cause analysis to quantify performance gaps and inform solution design.\nOversee the planning and execution of operational improvement initiatives using structured continuous improvement and project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and cycle time.\nEnsure initiatives follow established governance standards including project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone tracking, and measurable outcome validation.\nCoordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and available resources.\nOversee the Operational Excellence initiative portfolio, driving prioritization, resource alignment, and progress tracking to deliver strategic business outcomes.\nPartner with operational leaders, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and advance initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.\nProvide oversight to the development of change strategies and assess operational readiness to ensure processes, documentation, and requirements are clearly defined prior to implementation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate processes and prepare initiatives for transition to implementation teams.\nLead and manage a team of process improvement managers.\nProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.\nFacilitate engagement activities such as Voice of Customer sessions and problem-solving workshops.\nMonitor performance metrics and evaluate initiative impact.\nProvide regular updates to leadership on progress and results.\nCoordinate multi-department operational excellence programs.\nEnsure initiatives are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with priorities.\nStay informed on industry trends and best practices.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nThis is What it Takes\nMinimum Requirements:\n10+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement or related roles.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects.\nExperience supporting enterprise operational improvement programs preferred.\nRequired Certifications:\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExpertise in process improvement methodologies.\nStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.\nProficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.\nStrong project management capabilities.\nAbility to deliver measurable results.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to influence at all organizational levels.\nAbility to implement innovative solutions.\nPhysical Requirements\nPosition works in-office at the corporate location.\nAbility to sit for extended periods.\nAbility to use a computer and office equipment.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.\nAbility to reach, bend, and stoop.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nAbility to focus for extended periods.\nAbility to navigate office environment safely.\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nAbility to use assistive devices if needed.\n\nDo Satisfying Work.
