It is in this spirit that we encourage you to explore this opportunity to join The Management Trust team.Employee Owner Position PurposeThe Pool Monitor is responsible for opening and closing pool area(s), maintaining a clean/organized surrounding, monitoring member/guest access and behavior, and offering fair/consistent enforcement of community rules.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesOpen and close pool area(s) at designated timesEnsure all pool visitors have proof of permitted accessGovern the conduct of members and guests who use the pool and surrounding area(s)Check pool chemical levels and test as necessaryOther duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsPool support and/or chemical monitoring experience preferred, but not requiredConflict resolution skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationMust be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer serviceAdaptable and dependable with a solid attendance recordProfessional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all timesAbility to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervisionEssential FunctionsUse standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.Use standard maintenance equipment, including: pool equipment, broom, hand tools, etc.Be stationary or in motion for periods of timeRelocate up to (25) poundsAble to perform outdoor work in all types of weatherSUPERVISES OTHERS?
