We are currently looking for a motivated and self‑starter individual to join our collaborative team as an Entry‑Level Architecture Program Associate and grow with us. As an Architectural Program Associate, you will work directly with the Architectural Program Manager and Architectural Program Director in supporting the national rollout programs of a variety of our national specialty brand clients.\nResponsibilities Perform tasks relating to project planning, monitoring and delivery of architectural services\nDevelop Architectural Schematic Design and Drafting\nConduct due diligence related to local Building Codes and Landlord Tenant Criteria\nInteract with clients, consultants and company management team\nConduct Site Surveys and Job Site Observation and prepare Site Survey Reports\nAssist in the Construction Administration of selected projects as assigned\nRequired Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Architecture\n1 to 3 years' experience in Architecture\nHigh degree of proficiency in AutoCAD\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills\nAbility to work on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment\nAbility to travel for survey and job site observation\nPreferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project\nProficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus\nBenefits Competitive Compensation\nOutstanding Healthcare Insurance Options\n401K Program including Company Match\nProfessional Development Benefit including support of licensure\nVacation as well as Personal Time Off Policy\nBonus Program Eligibility\nFlex Hours Scheduling\nHybrid Work Environment – 3 days in‑Office/2 days remote after initial training period\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.\nAbout Us RGLA is ranked as one of the leading retail design firms in North America, and has provided architecture, design, branding, and program management services to many of the world's top brands for over 50 years.
