The Senior Project Manager will act as an extension of an owner’s design and construction staff, overseeing the work of general contractors, designers and vendors for multiple locations and lead full program delivery including, pre-construction services (bid, permit, schedule), construction oversight (construction, change orders, invoicing, punch lists), and project closeout.\n\nWork Conditions & Travel:\n\nThis is a remote based role for qualified individuals who live in SEATTLE, WA. Regional travel is required 50-80% on an as needed basis up to and including weekly site visits. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.\nLead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.\nServe as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.\nSource, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.\nOversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.\nManage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan’s standards and best practices.\nImplement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery.\nConduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement.\nRepresent Sevan in client and project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.\nAnticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience.\nCommercial retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, rebuild, and ground up construction experience required.\n5-10+ yrs experience working directly on this type of work as a Project Manager or Senior PM.\nAirport experience a plus, including ability have/to get TSA clearance.\nProven expertise in construction project management, with strong knowledge of all phases from preconstruction through closeout.\nExceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Smartsheets.\nPMP certification preferred.\n\nWhy Join Sevan?\n\nAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
