Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for a mid-senior level project manager in the construction industry for our growing client located North of Boston. This position will require 50% in the office and 50% on the job site. Responsibilities: Project management experience in the commercial flooring space preferred Thorough technical skills with construction/architectural drawings and job specific documents Ability to effectively manage projects, including: job submittals, requests for materials and processing work and change orders Monitor and oversee project budgets and track profitability Closeout projects Effective management of flooring and tile projects to achieve or exceed expected project profit. Develop long lasting and successful relationships with customers, field and internal employees, Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while achieving positive results.
