This role is fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level, concentrating on the mainframe platform with development in Assembler language and MetalC.\r\nKey Responsibilities Develop high-quality software design and architecture.\r\nProduce, test, and debug software solutions.\r\nProvide peer leadership in an Agile team environment.\r\nInteract technically with product management and customers.\r\nCoordinate with management and internal teams.\r\nAutomate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.\r\nPerform validation and verification testing.\r\nEnsure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.\r\nKey Qualifications Proven mainframe knowledge and skills.\r\nProficiency in IBM Assembler language and MetalC programming languages.\r\nStrong understanding of security protocols and security ESMs on z/OS.\r\nFamiliarity with z/OS operating system.\r\nExperience with source control systems (Endevor).\r\nExperience with interactive debugging tools (XDC) and dump reading.\r\nAnalytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.\r\nDatabase design and SQL skills.\r\nExperience developing or utilizing test automation.\r\nFamiliarity with Java programming language is a plus.\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience.\r\nCompensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $91,000 – $146,000. The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus pursuant to the relevant plan documents and equity awards under the equity plan.
