In line with team objectives, policies and procedures and under guidance of a more senior team member, you will participate in design, coding, testing and maintenance of secure, high-quality application software/tools.About The RoleWhat to Expect:In this role you will: Design, develop, and test new features and functionalities for applications, ensuring high quality, performance, responsiveness, and securityWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code for back-end components based on Java with SpringbootDevelop and maintain APIs and integrate with third-party servicesCollaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutionsPerform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality & security best practicesDebug and resolve technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performanceParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenanceEffectively use AI assistants during design, development and testing activities Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack and development processesContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the teamEvaluate and recommend technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutionsWhat will make you successful:We are seeking professionals with:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field3 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar roleProven hands on experience in Java including Springboot framework Hands on experience in APIs and systems integrations through REST APIsExperience in building HTTP, TCP/IP based applicationsWork Knowledge in XML, JSON parsing methodsExperience in debugger, memory leaks, system performance tuningWorking experience in databases, storage technologies & RHEL systemsExperience in effectively using AI tools like Windsurf during design, coding and testingConversant with Agile tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory & ConfluenceFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practicesProficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) is a plusSecurity technologies such as PKI, HMAC, AES, digest algorithms, SSL is a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
