As a trusted advisor, the candidate partners with leadership, external customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure schedule fidelity, mitigate risks, and drive successful program execution. This partnership begins during proposal development, where realistic schedule inputs and estimates are supplied to strengthen the competitiveness of bids.The leader is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent while building a robust pipeline for future growth. This includes training and career development plans that enable planners to advance their skills and add value to the programs they support.This role will report to the SEMS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and will be based at a major site within the SEMS LOB.
