Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nResponsible for establishing, maintaining and reviewing schedules to minimize company overtime within WinTeam\nBuild, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees\nReport all operational matters directly to the Vice President of Operations and/or members of senior management\nCoordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.\nHandle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately\nMonitors the quality of staff performance including review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination as well as ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff\nClearly and accurately record reported data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment\nCoordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel\nMaintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account Managers and HR department, as necessary\nSupport HR department in review of involuntary terminations including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims, union grievances and appeals Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to all staff and job applicants\nCompile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends\nPrepare correspondence and memos as needed\nResponsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. and ensuring company equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policies\nStays current on federal, state guidelines relative our services\nSupports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that all employees are given the opportunity to contribute to the business goals of the company and its clients\nFlexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which includes weekends and evenings\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service position. Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred.\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\n\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by the state), including state accredited training requirements.\n\nLanguage Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.\n\nComputer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, scheduling software a plus.\n\nOther Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.\n\nPhysical Demands: Standard office environment.\n\nSalary & Benefits: Salary starts at 60K - 63K plus paid time off, MBO bonus, medical insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and pension/retirement benefits.
