This individual will assist in all project operations roles working with the oversight of a project manager as they advance to the point of overseeing their own projects.\n\nPerform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.\n\nPrepare RFIs and submittals.\n\nQuantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.\n\nCreate and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.\n\nCreate and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.\n\nSupport the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.\n\nSalary Range\n$86,400-$116,000 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.\n\nBasic Requirements\n\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in construction management is required.\n\nBachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.\n\nA clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings.\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work in a team environment.\n\nAbility to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.\n\nCustomer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships.\n\nCritical thinking and problem‑solving skills.\n\nAbility to multitask.\n\nMotivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.\n\nWorks well under pressure and deadline.\n\nPreferred Requirements\n\nExperience with Blue Beam, Procore, and Microsoft suite\n\nExperience in the construction industry\n\nOpenness to travel to jobs out of the local market in the future (Not Required)\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive pay\n\nEmployee stock ownership plan (ESOP)401(k) retirement savings plan with match\n\nMedical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance plans with flexible spending account option\n\nLife insurance, AD&DD, and disability benefits\n\nEmployee assistance program (EAP)\n\nFlexible paid time off policy and paid holidays\n\nPCG provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.\n\nPCG is a background screening, drug‑free workplace.
