The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design and implement robust, scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. US Citizenship required for this position; must be able to get a DoD secret clearance and willing to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nApplication Development:\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.\nImplement responsive user interfaces and user experiences across various devices.\nBack-End Development:\nDevelop server-side logic, APIs, and database architectures to support application functionality.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, and security by writing efficient code and conducting code reviews.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nParticipate in or lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nTesting and Debugging:\nWrite unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.\nComplete Unit Testing using a framework such as JEST.\nContinuous Improvement:\nStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.\nProvide input on architecture and technology choices to improve product performance and development processes.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience:\nSenior Engineer Candidates: Minimum of 9 years experience in full stack development, leadership experience a plus.\nMid Level Engineer candidates: Minimum of 5 years in full stack development.\nIn-depth experience in object-oriented application design and development in a multi-tiered environment.\nExperience designing and building systems that are maintainable, evolvable, and thoroughly tested.\nProven experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).\nStrong knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js, Java, or .Rust) and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)\nDocumentation as part of the software lifecycle is required. Experience using CMMI standards with strong language skills is a plus.
