IT Technician
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our organization's IT systems and users. This role will involve diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and configuring computer systems and applications.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals.Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.Set up user accounts and permissions and ensure security measures are in place.Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.Requirements:Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.Experience with system administration tasks, such as user management and system backups.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferredWhy work for us?We are a growing company with a mission to partner with and protect our clients, and a reputation for a “get to yes” attitude earned through our thought leadership, exceptional service, and organizational excellence.
