The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and a strong background in developing and implementing solutions to manage master data across various business processes.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement SAP MDG solutions to ensure accurate and efficient management of master data across the organization.Customize and configure SAP MDG applications to meet specific business needs, including creating custom workflows, validations, and enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and third-party systems.Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency during transitions and upgrades.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP MDG-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.Ensure that SAP MDG solutions comply with organizational policies and industry standards for data governance and security.Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members in best practices for SAP MDG development and implementation.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP MDG development, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration and development, including experience with ABAP programming, BRF+, and Data Quality Management (DQM).Experience with integrating SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
