The role will focus on program governance, PMO hygiene, stakeholder management, and multi-cloud migrations (GCP & AWS) while driving delivery excellence across cross-functional global teams.Key Responsibilities1. Program & Project ManagementLead end-to-end program delivery for cloud transformation and migration initiativesManage multiple concurrent projects across GCP and AWS environmentsDefine and govern program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and KPIsEnsure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies2. PMO Governance & HygieneEstablish and enforce PMO standards, governance frameworks, and reporting cadenceDrive status reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)Ensure financial tracking, budget governance, and forecastingMaintain strong documentation and compliance hygiene (audit-ready)3. Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary interface between business, engineering, and external partnersManage executive-level stakeholders and customer communicationDrive alignment across distributed/global teamsHandle escalations, risk mitigation, and decision-making forums4. Cloud Migration & Technical CoordinationOversee cloud migration programs (on-prem to GCP/AWS or multi-cloud transformation)Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and SRE teamsTrack migration waves, cutover plans, and post-migration stabilizationEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and performance requirementsRemote work
