The Data Solutions Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into clinical data, asking thoughtful questions, and following the details until the root cause is clear. This is not a business analysis role; it is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to investigate data issues, understand how information moves through healthcare systems, and help create practical solutions that improve data quality.\n\nYou'll apply your healthcare, HIT, or clinical data knowledge by working directly in the data: reviewing information flows, identifying patterns, troubleshooting discrepancies, and helping turn findings into clear next steps. You'll collaborate with customers, EMR and other HIT vendors, and internal team members to review new and existing data feeds, investigate issues, communicate corrections, and support solutions that make the data more complete, accurate, and reliable.\n\nWe're looking for someone who is curious, persistent, and comfortable spending time with complex data. Just as important, they will be able to manage their own work, value standards and structure, and be excited to contribute to a performance-oriented culture where their work supports a mission that makes a real difference in our community.\n\nTalk to us to see if this is a fit for you!\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nInterpret and troubleshoot issues found in healthcare data, including HL7 messages and FHIR Resources.\nIdentify data quality improvement opportunities based on analysis, trends, and programmatic requirements.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions that bolster data quality, completeness, and accuracy.\nSupport data hygiene practices that ensure information remains accurate, consistent, and secure across organizational systems and databases.\n\nCompetencies & Experience\n\nExperience working within the healthcare or HIT industry required.\n2-year degree or higher in HIT, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.\n2+ years' professional experience working with clinical data preferred.\nExperience working with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCD-A, and terminology standards is required.\nExperience working with SQL, database concepts, and data analysis tools like Big Query and Tableau is required.\nAbility to work independently and balance competing priorities and complex situations.\nExcellent analytical skills; critical thinking.\n\nNot sure you meet all qualifications?
