Job Title: Poke Bowl & Bubble Tea Team Member Location: Natural Kitchen 5 Broad St Stamford CT 06901 Position Type: [Full-time/Part-time] Reports To: Store Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team at Natural Kitchen , a trendy and fast-paced poke bowl and bubble tea shop. As a team member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing fresh poke bowls, making delicious bubble tea, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for food and beverages. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and assist with menu recommendations. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience. Food Preparation: Prepare poke bowls with fresh ingredients, following company recipes and guidelines. Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of each bowl. Bubble Tea Preparation: Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks, including blending smoothies, mixing flavors, and adding toppings, while ensuring quality and consistency. Inventory Management: Help maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients are stocked and fresh. Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the store clean and organized, including the prep areas, drink stations, and customer seating. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to maintain an efficient and positive work environment. Assist with training new team members as needed. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit card payments, and provide change when necessary.
