Sprinkler System Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler System Estimator responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the sales and operations teams. This role involves reviewing blueprints, performing quantity takeoffs, and ensuring estimates align with project requirements and industry standards. Key ResponsibilitiesReview blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to develop accurate estimates Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material and labor costs Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for bids and quotations Conduct on-site surveys to validate project scope and ensure design accuracy Collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership to finalize estimates Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with codes, permits, and approvals Perform hydraulic calculations and assess system design requirements Maintain knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, piping, and environmental considerations QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler system estimating and design Strong understanding of sprinkler system layouts, materials, and installation processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience performing hydraulic calculations Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000 $120,000 (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid time off and vacation
