With unparalleled Four Seasons service and warm Southern hospitality, we’ll inspire a truly authentic experience of Music City.About The RoleThe Accounting Generalist at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville plays a vital role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations through accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. This position contributes to maintaining strong financial controls, timely reporting, and compliance with Four Seasons standards and generally accepted accounting principles.What You Will DoManage and process the full-cycle Accounts Payable function, including purchase order approvals, invoice coding, and payment processingEnsure accurate classification of all revenue, including miscellaneous and accounts-payable-related revenueSupport the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in compliance with GAAPCollect and audit supporting documentation from all hotel revenue centers to ensure compliance with Four Seasons internal controls and local policiesServe as a liaison between the hotel and Payroll team, supporting income audit, accounts payable, and reconciliation processesAssist with maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial recordsWhat You BringPrevious accounting experience and/or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferredPrior hotel accounting experience is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with OPERA or a comparable property management system and cashiering functions preferredWhat We Offer Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) Retirement Plan Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Pay Disability Coverage and Life Insurance Employee discounts and global travel programs with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Complimentary uniforms and uniform care Complimentary employee meals Comprehensive training and development programs to support long-term career growthSchedule & Hours Full-time position Schedule based on business needs, primarily weekday business hours with flexibility during month-end closeVisa RequirementsAuthorization to work in the United States is required for this role.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
