Salesforce BSA with Healthcare domain experiencePlymouth, MN (Remote)Contract – 6 months Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience. • Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, particularly Activities, Events, and communication workflows. • Hands-on experience in the healthcare domain, such as: o Provider or patient lifecycle processes o Care management workflows o Healthcare sales, marketing, or service operations • Experience with Outlook / O365 / Exchange integration. • Strong documentation skills: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration. • Experience working on Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certification (Nice to have) • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst)
