You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You are the link between the brand vision and how it comes to life in your store. You drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store to include, Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. As the General Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to your store team that delivers a best in class customer experience.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nAnalyzes results, identifies opportunities and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators\nDrive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling\nManages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L\nBuilds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people\nAccountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.\nTeaches and trains to build capabilities.\nLeads the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives\nCreates an inclusive environment\nImplements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity\nPerforms Service Leader duties\nRepresents the brand and understands the competitors\nPromotes community involvement\nLeverages OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience\nEnsures all compliance standards are met\n\nWho you are\n\n3-5 years of retail experience leading others\nCollege degree or equivalent experience preferred\nDemonstrated ability to deliver results\nAbility to effectively communicate with customers and employees\nCollege degree preferred\nAbility to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays\nAbility to travel as required\nBusiness Acumen skills\nEstablished time management skills\nStrong planning and prioritization skills\n\nSalary Range: $83,500.00 - $112,700.00\nEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
