Sales Coordinator - Peter Millar
Opportunity Overview
Imperial is seeking a "Sales Coordinator" for their Peter Millar licensed channel to cultivate and manage new customers and inactive accounts in the green grass golf market. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities that supplement the Peter Millar outside sales team's efforts.
To be successful in this role, this team member must have a self starter mentality and be comfortable working closely with veteran sales reps and high value customers. Successful prior experience in sales and an eye for logos/fashion, as well as the ability to prioritize projects and superb organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Scope of Duties & Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts from first contact to re-orders
Understand color patterns, accessory styles, and other information necessary for maintaining processes
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
Answers questions from customers or individuals about products or directs them to the person able to assist them.
Build relationships with sales reps and customers
Understand company trademarks and registrations
Learn and understand purchase order process and proof designs from art department
Communicate with outside sales representatives as well as corporate and wholesale customers
Communicate with customers over multiple email systems
Able to perform all processes digitally
Other duties as assigned

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Vice President of Peter Millar Licensing.

Candidate Profile
Experience Base
Education - High school degree preferred.
Computer Skills - Familiarity with basic Microsoft Suite, Gmail and ability to quickly learn order entry software.
Selling - Confidence and sales acumen to cold call customers and walk them through the ordering process.
Customer Service - Outstanding bedside manor with customers and internal stakeholders.
Golf & Brand Affinity - Important but not mandatory to have a passion for and keen understanding of the game of golf, its unique culture and especially the Imperial brand.
