Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Officer (Level 1) to join our growing team!Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support security operations on mission-critical HPC environments — owning RMF authorization activities, continuous monitoring, and documentation.Qualifications Five (5) years of information assurance experienceBachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical fieldAn additional five (5) years of information assurance experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Ten (10) years Required:Hands-on experience with the full RMF process: ATO, security controls, continuous monitoringRMF tools: LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STECompliance and configuration scanning toolsNIST SP 800-53r3 and/or r5; NIST SP 800-37Documentation: SSP, POA&M, SPFs, BIA, CMP, AAR, CP, SAR, RARActive TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)Desired Skills:Strong collaboration habits with system administrators and system ownersPrivileged user oversight experience
