This hands-on role supports construction project delivery by maintaining accurate records, facilitating cross-team alignment, and driving issue resolution in active construction environments.Minimum QualificationsBS in Mechanical, Civil, Construction, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)Proven documentation accuracy and organizational skillsComfort working in active construction environments (PPE required)Basic literacy reading engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentsStrong coordination and communication skills across technical and field teamsProficiency with project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Office, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven settingsDesired QualificationsExperience with construction administration, RFI/submittal processesFamiliarity with MEP systems, structural installations, or building commissioningKnowledge of construction safety protocols and site management practicesLocation - Onsite in Stone Ridge, VASalary Range: The salary for this position is between $70K-$100K USD annually.
