This position is responsible for the coordination of appointments and interviews as well as supporting the administrative needs of the program.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY)\n\nThe duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that could be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.\n\nMaintains QuickBooks and the checking account ledger and, when requested by PD, petty cash and team funds.\nSupports program with processing ATP’s\nDevelops and implements system to update client address and telephone information monthly.\nMaintains accurate monthly census, assuring current dates of clients move into and out of housing.\nMaintains MediCal swipe sheet, requesting new client numbers and demographic sheets, entering all information at the time of client enrollment into services.\nOrders client needs, supports client spend downs, and orders program supplies.\nUpdates all needed DCR data and inputs Kets, 3M’s, and PAFs.\nCreates and maintains monthly information regarding hospitalization, jail and homelessness from the case manager; gathering information on insurance status from swipe sheet.\nMakes new charts as needed (tabs all in same direction).\nCompletes client chart filing weekly and participates in monthly utilization review.\nOrganizes program files – coordinate with program director to assure continuity/non-duplication of necessary forms, documents, etc.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES\n\nEducation, Training and Experience:\n\nA typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited high school or GED program and two (2) years of experience performing a wide variety of the duties identified above.\n\nNote: Work experience, on a year-by-year, may be used to qualify in lieu of the education requirements.\n\nLicenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:\n\nCalifornia driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration\nReliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.\n\nSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm\n\nInterested?
