Project Scheduler
Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedule to ensure work is completed as planned and resources are coordinated effectively.Typical responsibilities include:Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectDefining project activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical pathsCoordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather schedule updatesTracking project progress against baseline schedulesIdentifying schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecksPreparing schedule forecasts and recovery plansProducing reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and clientsMonitoring resource allocation and workload balancingSupporting budgeting and cost-control efforts through schedule analysisConducting what-if scenario planning and timeline impact assessmentsEnsuring compliance with project standards, contractual deadlines, and reporting requirementsParticipating in project planning meetings and risk reviewsCommon skills and qualifications:Strong analytical and organizational skillsKnowledge of scheduling methodologies such as CPM (Critical Path Method)Experience with Gantt charts, resource loading, and earned value managementAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelinesCommunication and stakeholder coordination abilities10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas5+ years of midstream pipeline experienceBachelors Degree preferred
