Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Sacramento, CA. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office functions, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role will also involve providing executive-level administrative support, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and performing general clerical tasks to support the team. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsSolid understanding of Clerical Skills and office organization methodsProven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficientlyAttention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of workProficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Administration are a plus
