If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working cross-functionally, we’d love to meet you.What You'll Do:\r\nManage and update key reports like the open order and purchase order follow-up reports—ensuring information is always accurate and actionable.\r\nConfirm and expedite orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries.\r\nCollaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRM’s (sales) to identify and resolve any issues quickly.\r\nCommunicate directly with suppliers to maintain alignment and reinforce our high standards.\r\nCoordinate inbound freight schedules and maintain delivery logs (as applicable by location).\r\nAct as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery or supplier performance matters.What You Bring:\r\nExperience navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a strong ability to coordinate across departments and keep processes on track.\r\nExperience in a purchasing or buying-related environment is a plus.\r\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\r\nClear, professional communicator.\r\nComfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure.\r\nFamiliar with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.\r\nTeam-first mentality with a problem-solving mindset.\r\nExperience in packaging, procurement, or distribution is a plus.\r\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis.Why Work at Ernest?\r\nBecause here, your betterment is part of our business model.
