The Developer’s role is to build and support the tools utilized by the IAM team especially in Sailpoint. This includes designing, building, and implementing new integrations for both provisioning and auditability utilizing best practices for cyber security. This job function acts as a support structure for the overall IAM team and will need to develop new integrations as well as performing day-to-day administration of the Sailpoint application.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, codes, installs, tests, debugs, and documents integrations from enterprise applications to and from Sailpoint.\r\nWorks on development projects to enhance the IAM capabilities of the organization.\r\nParticipates in setting organizational development strategy.\r\nIdentifies, recommends, and prioritizes new features and applications in conjunction with business leaders and department managers.\r\nEstablishes policies and procedures for publishing new integrations.\r\nDiagnoses and troubleshoots problems with existing integrations.\r\nConducts research into current and emerging technologies and issues in support of the IAM team.\r\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS: Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.
