Technology Support Analyst

The Technology Support Analyst/IT Trainer provides first-level technical support to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, and application issues, supporting legal technology platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of firm technology systems.The analyst delivers high-quality customer service in a fast-paced legal environment where responsiveness and confidentiality are critical.REQUIREMENTS:· Must be highly proficient in Office 2016 OR Office 365, with an emphasis on Word.· Experience working with Styles and knowledge of templates is required.· Must be able to work with the other applications in the Office Suite at a high level (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).· Knowledge of or some familiarity with Access is a plus.· Must be willing to help people and be a good communicator.· Possess patience when working with technically challenged people.· Training in a law firm setting 1-2 years’ experience.SKILLS THAT WOULD BE A PLUS:· Knowledge of and familiarity with Innova or similar product (e.g. Payne numbering, Legal MacPac, etc.)· Ability to write training documentation· Litera Innova (aka Macro Suite, Innova, Softwise)· Best Authority (ver. 4 and 6)· iManage (aka FileSite, Interwoven, HP Authority)· Litera Change Pro (any version)· Kofax Power PDF (fka Nuance Power PDF, same product)· Adobe AcrobatADDITIONAL DUTIES:1. Deliver training for new and existing employees;2. Provide Help desk support at Levels 1 and 2.3. Follow up on HD Tickets according to CF Protocol.4. Generate Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for Briefs as requested.5. Clean up corrupted documents as requested.6. Reformat and clean up pleadings.7. Show users how to clean up badly formatted and/or corrupted documents.8. Schedule and/or moderate Zoom Meetings.9. Assist with updates to firm applications.10. Other Support duties as requested.
