Learn more at www.pavion.com\r\nPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Foreman to join our security business unit.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nOversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion\r\nManage project schedules, budgets, and resources\r\nEnsure projects are completed on time and within scope\r\nMaintain control of safety, quality, and customer expectations\r\nSupervise and direct the work of technicians and other crew members\r\nAssign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is completed according to standardsEvaluate, organize, and control all reporting employees and field-related functions\r\nEnsure systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and codes\r\nPerform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of systems\r\nRepair and upgrade fire alarm systems as needed\r\nInspect and maintain tools and equipment\r\nMay be responsible for ordering materials\r\nMay be required to respond to emergency service calls\r\nPrioritize safety on all projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations\r\nConduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns\r\nEnsure the safe and efficient operation of the field installation crew\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\r\nValid driver license and acceptable driving record\r\nDisclaimer:This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
