You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.Position Overview:As a Service Leader, you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. We see the Service Leader as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a companyService Lead Duties and Responsibilities:Execute great daily deployment, as scheduled by general manager, for the day to day operations in the front of houseBuild a positive atmosphere where our guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfiedTrain existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the PURALIMA standardIdentify and develop future leadersChallenge your team to become better every dayCreate and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and growMaintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipmentManage food safety through line temps, hand washing and glove useMonitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing all food safety policies and proceduresClear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbookEffectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefitsAssist in the resolution of customer incidents and working to ensure a positive guest experienceFacilitating marketing, promotions, and eventsLive and represent the PURALIMA Cantina brand day in and outJob Requirements:Minimum 2 years customer service experiencePassion for living a healthy lifeAble to lift 50lbsAble to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environmentPreferred reliable transportationFull-time availability with a flexible scheduleDrive to grow and advance career with PURALIMA CantinaPURALIMA Cantina Benefits:Competitive wagesTippingOpportunity to grow and advance careerEmployee meals discountsFlexible scheduling
