You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, share new ideas and make a meaningful impact as the brand continues to evolve. We embrace curiosity, innovation and emerging technologies—including AI—to inspire creativity, improve the way we work and support the future of design.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport the Design team throughout the seasonal product development process from concept through commercialization.\nCreate and update CADs, colorways, line sheets, presentation materials and design documentation.\nAssist with seasonal product updates including prints, graphics, trims and embellishments.\nPartner with vendors and cross-functional teams to coordinate seasonal trim development, approvals and execution.\nSupport cross-functional and project-based design initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the Scrubs business.\nPrepare samples, design boards and meeting materials for seasonal reviews.\nCoordinate wear tests, sample management and seasonal design libraries.\nConduct trend research, competitive shopping and market analysis to inspire future product.\nMaintain organized design files, seasonal documentation and product information within Centric PLM.\nHelp keep seasonal projects organized and on track by maintaining accurate documentation, timelines and follow-through.\nBring curiosity, fresh ideas and a willingness to explore new ways of working—including AI—to help strengthen the Design team.\nWhat you can bring:\nBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.\n2–3 years of apparel design experience.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required).\nExperience with PLM systems (Centric preferred).\nFoundational understanding of garment construction, fit and apparel product development.\nStrong organizational, communication and time management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nCurious, collaborative and eager to learn.\nIdeal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.\nWhere we are:\nThis role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters\nCompensation & Total Rewards:\nAt Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!
