Production Planning / Scheduling Supervisor (Epicor Required)Location: Richmond, CA 94804 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site, 5 days/week) Salary: $70,000/YearEpicor experience is REQUIRED — candidates without Epicor experience will not be considered.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Planning / Scheduling Supervisor to manage and oversee production scheduling and execution to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a critical part in coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEpicor ERP management (REQUIRED) – Job management within Epicor / ALS enterprise resource planning systemPlan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet company deadlinesEnsure materials, equipment, and labor are available for productionSupervise and guide production staff (Blenders)Monitor production costs and ensure operations stay within budgetTrack and report production status and issues to managementHandle production disruptions and troubleshoot productivity issuesManage truck shipments, job receipts to inventory, and inventory consumptionProof jobs and ensure accuracy of production documentationIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costsFollow all company personnel, safety, and cleanliness policies and proceduresPerformance MeasurementsSuccess in this role will be measured by:On-time production and order fulfillmentMinimizing production costs while maximizing efficiencyEffective production scheduling with minimal product considerationsAccurate reporting and resolution of blend failuresSuccessful supervision and leadership of direct reportsContinuous improvement in productivity and operational outcomesKey DeliverablesSet and maintain minimum production run standardsZero non-conformitiesExecute production runs to minimize costsMaintain strict compliance with safety and cleanliness policiesRequired QualificationsEpicor ERP experience — REQUIRED (non-negotiable)Production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environmentSupervisory or lead experience preferredStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work fully on-site, Monday–FridayIf you are a detail-oriented production professional with hands-on Epicor experience and a passion for operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
