AMC provides significant career advancement opportunities, competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.\nWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor!\nResponsibilities Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance\nAssist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel in conjunction with the manager\nAssist in the training of all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel\nClean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment\nTake initiative to improve processes and maintenance methods\nMaintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs\nEnsure the maintenance team meets expectations including attendance\nSchedule and assist in supervising and selecting all vendor work\nManage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments under the direction and with the community manager\\'s approval\nEnsure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times\nHandle lock-outs related to evictions and provide 24-hour response to service requests\nBe available to work on an on-call basis\nReport unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents\nRemove snow and ice as necessary\nEnsure necessary tools are on hand\nQualifications Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical\nSelf-motivated with attention to detail\nAbility to operate various hand tools including power tools\nAbility to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts\nProperty maintenance/handyman experience\nSupervisory experience preferred\nCompensation & Benefits Compensation: Full-Time $28.00 to $30.00 per hour\nVacation & Sick Time for Full & Part-Time Employees\nHealth and Wellness Programs\nEmpower 401K and Roth IRA, including Free Financial Advisors and Employer Match\n9 Paid Holidays per year\nEmployee Referral Incentives\nBonus and Commission Opportunities\nEmployee Rent Discount Program\nProfessional Development Training\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Short-Term Disability coverage is available\n*Outlined benefits are subject to change and may vary based on location or employee status*\nEqual Opportunity & Compliance AMC, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
