The Manager of Treasury and Working Capital will focus on cash and debt management, working capital performance, commercial insurance, and partnering closely with operating company finance teams.Roles And ResponsibilitiesPartner with operating company finance teams to support and enhance short-term cash forecasting at the entity levelPrepare and maintain a weekly 13-week consolidated cash flow forecast which includes variance analysis and actionable insightsMonitor daily cash positions and assist with liquidity planning and optimizationTrack debt, interest, and repayment schedules; manage debt service paymentsPrepare supporting analysis for lender reporting and compliance with covenantsSupport management of borrowings under the revolving credit facility which includes optimizing timing and usageAssist with refinancing and financing-related initiatives as neededCoordinate and manage the company’s commercial insurance programSupport annual renewal process and broker relationshipsMaintain policy documentation and assist with claims tracking and analysisPartner with operating companies to promote risk awareness and loss mitigationDevelop and maintain reporting on accounts receivable and accounts payable performance across entitiesAnalyze trends in DSO, DPO, aging, and collections/payables practicesIdentify opportunities to improve working capital efficiencyPartner with operating company finance teams to implement practical improvements and track progressSupport the standardization of treasury-related processes across entitiesAssist in strengthening controls over cash, payments, and bank accessContribute to the development of tools and reporting to improve cash visibilitySupport integration of cash management processes, banking structures, and reporting for newly acquired businessesProvide financial analysis related to cash flow and ROI for capital expendituresSupport ad hoc analysis for strategic and operational initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required5+ years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or bankingExperience in a multi-entity or decentralized organization is preferredStrong experience with cash forecasting and working capital analysisExposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is a plusStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsSolid understanding of cash flow drivers and working capital dynamicsExperience working with or interpreting complex debt agreements and credit facilitiesProficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systemsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsSelf-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, hands-on environmentPreferred QualificationsCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CPAEqual Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO Employer- M/F/Vets/Disabled
