The engineer will operate as a Tier 2 technical escalation point, helping reduce reliance on senior architects while strengthening operational resilience across the platform.\r\nThis is a true infrastructure-first role, ideal for engineers who enjoy deep platform troubleshooting, Azure networking, and infrastructure automation, rather than application development.\r\nIn This Role, You Will\r\nAct as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex Azure infrastructure issues\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve advanced Azure networking and platform challenges\r\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure patches, updates, and improvements\r\nSupport and maintain the Azure infrastructure running a large-scale AI platform\r\nProvide technical guidance to administrator-level engineers across the team\r\nParticipate in technical client discussions when deep infrastructure expertise is required\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOwn and troubleshoot Azure platform infrastructure issues across networking, compute, and container services\r\nSupport platform reliability and infrastructure stability\r\nMaintain automation and scripting frameworks for infrastructure management\r\nAssist with platform recovery and redeployment scenarios\r\nProvide technical oversight and escalation support across the infrastructure teamContribute to improving deployment processes and operational efficiency\r\nRequirements\r\n5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability\r\nStrong hands-on experience building and operating Azure infrastructure\r\nAdvanced troubleshooting experience across Azure networking and platform services\r\nStrong scripting and automation experience, including:\r\nPowerShell (required)\r\nBicep (required)\r\nPython (nice to have)\r\nClear understanding of the full infrastructure lifecycle (design, deployment, operations, troubleshooting).
