This role partners closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical partners to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient use of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a first-level responder to investigate and resolve user- and configuration-based security incidents.\nIdentify new security requirements and collaborate with business owners to implement new or enhanced functionality, moving solutions from development to production in alignment with compliance standards.\nAssist in the management and maintenance of security personalization within Oracle Cloud applications.\nSupport the transition of legacy functionality to Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).\nPartner with technical leads to leverage new Oracle SaaS functionality and address challenges introduced with each quarterly release.\nCoordinate with internal and external compliance and audit teams to validate user access and configuration changes.\nMaintain multiple sub-production environments for development and testing.\nCoordinate and execute required activities during monthly environment refreshes, accounting for sensitive and insider data requirements.\nLearn and assist with other Tier-1 enterprise applications such as UKG and Coupa, as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM Security & Controls.\nExperience with full lifecycle implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.\nStrong background in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying.\nBusiness process controls\nAutomated controls\nIT controls\nExperience supporting Fortune 500 environments.\nHands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Oracle application/package migration tools.\nStrong understanding and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, including mitigating controls and SoD tools.\nExperience implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, including:\nAdvanced Access Controls (AAC)\nAdvanced Financial Controls (AFC)\nFinancial Reporting Controls (FRC)\nExperience integrating Oracle Cloud with identity solutions for Single Sign-On (SSO) using Okta.\nIdentity governance using SailPoint.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as they relate to automated control design and development.\nSolid knowledge of core business processes, inherent risks, and applicable controls.\nProven ability to support internal and external audits.\nExperience with change control, incident management, problem management, and troubleshooting of security solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Redwood UI.\nExperience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a strong compliance and risk mindset.\nAbility to adapt quickly to evolving Oracle Cloud functionality.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
