You will work with experienced team members to create reliable, user-friendly web experiences while developing your technical skills and knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-structured code.Build and improve user-facing web interfaces using modern web development technologies.Collaborate with developers, designers, QA professionals, and other team members throughout the development lifecycle.Test web applications across browsers and devices and help identify and resolve defects.Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to effective solutions.Integrate APIs and work with data from web services when required.Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.Use version control and established development practices to manage and maintain code.Maintain technical documentation related to development activities.Contribute to improvements in website performance, usability, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability.Learn and apply new web development technologies and best practices as needed.Required QualificationsFoundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Understanding of fundamental web development concepts.Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser development.Basic understanding of version control and software development practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a distributed team.Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.Preferred Qualifications0–2 years of web development experience, including internships, co-op experience, academic projects, freelance projects, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.Experience using Git or another version-control system.Familiarity with responsive and accessible web development practices.Basic understanding of browser developer tools and web debugging.A degree or coursework in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is helpful, but equivalent practical experience may also be considered.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 – $95,000 per year.Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, job responsibilities, and applicable location-based requirements.Eligible employees may receive benefits in accordance with the company's applicable benefits plans and policies.Work ArrangementThis is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates located in the United States.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees.
