{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8dfe3a1defea89fbca34c57b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8dfe3a1defea89fbca34c57b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8dfe3a1defea89fbca34c57b","title":"Pricing & Contracts Manager","description":"$95,000 - $107,000 / annually\nReporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Pricing & Contracts Manager is responsible for pricing for existing clients across all product lines, including related meetings, metrics and processes, supporting Mission Critical customers with their billing and account setup, compliance and risk management, overseeing the Contracts Program (agreements, buyouts, custom terms) and providing other analytics support for projects and clients.\nThis position will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for industry standard pricing, contracts and billing practices.\nReporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, this position will also take direction from the President and Director of Finance and Financial Operations.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nClient Pricing Management:\nPartner with senior management in reviewing and updating client rates for all product lines per company requirements.\nEnsure all appropriate documents are printed, distributed, and archived.\nPrepare periodic reports and distribute to senior management.\nHost periodic meetings with CRM Manager, Directors, VP and President to review and adjust pricing management parameters.\nRespond to client inquiries as necessary.\nCompliance & Risk Management:\nOversee and ensure all agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and other key client documents are scanned, indexed and readily available. Identify critical updates and obtain new agreements when necessary. Produce periodic status reports for senior management review that includes quantity and quality of documents in Corodata’s possession.\nParticipate in weekly Risk Management meeting and present and discuss key metric reports (i.e. agreement status update, pricing activity results).\nWork with Corodata’s legal team to provide clarification and direction when deviations are recognized with a client’s agreement, BAA or other document related to a client. Document non-standard deviations.\nConduct buyout audits per established procedures to ensure compliance with agreement terms.\nHost periodic Review meetings with senior management to review key contract index categories and thresholds.\nSpecialty Accounts, Billing Support & Training:\nAddress and resolve billing and other issues for specialty clients.
