blueprint reading, and Swiss CNC experience preferred.\n\nLevel 3: Advanced CNC Swiss setup/programming, troubleshooting, process improvements, and mentoring experience.\n\n✅ Overtime available ✅ Contract-to-Hire (520 hours) ✅ Clean, climate-controlled facility ✅ Excellent benefits upon permanent hire\n\nShifts Available: 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. (4/10s) + $1.00/hr differential
