The EHS Manager coordinates and facilitates plant safety committees and drives employee engagement to create a proactive safety culture where hazards are identified, addressed, and eliminated.\nThis position is accountable for ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements while minimizing organizational risk. The EHS Manager monitors key performance indicators, analyzes safety trends, and implements initiatives that reduce injuries, environmental impact, and regulatory exposure.\nThe role exercises independent judgment on matters that can significantly affect employee safety, environmental compliance, financial performance, corporate reputation, and community relations. Decisions include evaluating workplace hazards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, implementing corrective actions, and promoting safe work practices throughout the facility.
