You will:
Lead and develop a team of electricians
Run daily electrical service operations
Manage dispatch and scheduling for productivity and profitability
Ensure safety and technical standards are met
Build trust with clients
Solve problems early and decisively
Set expectations and maintain accountability
Navigate ServiceTitan, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Partner with leadership to hit KPIs and strategic goals
This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just oversight.

Has electrical experience (required)
Has led teams of 20+ people and knows how to coach for performance

Uses technology confidently (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

CompensationSchedule
Base: $95K-$125K Total Potential: $200K+ with bonusesequity Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours
