We are seeking an experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer to join our headquarters team in Dallas and help drive the continued growth and success of our asset portfolio.Position SummaryThe Senior Reservoir Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor supporting reserves management, development planning, economic evaluations, and strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with reservoir engineering, geology, operations, accounting, and finance teams to deliver accurate reserve reporting, optimize asset performance, and support corporate growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and support SEC-compliant reserve reports and evaluations.Perform reserve forecasting, decline curve analysis, and economic modeling using ARIES.Maintain reserve data accuracy, including WI/NRI ownership tracking.Collaborate with third-party reserve auditors and financial partners.Evaluate acquisition, divestiture, and development opportunities.Provide reserve and economic support to engineering, operations, finance, and accounting teams.Develop Spotfire dashboards and analyze well performance trends.Identify opportunities to optimize asset performance and reserves.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Engineering.7+ years of progressive reservoir engineering experience within the oil and gas industry.Advanced proficiency with ARIES, including forecasting, reserve evaluations, and economic modeling.Strong understanding of SEC reserve classification and reporting requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.PreferredExperience with Spotfire or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.Familiarity with SQL Server and Access database management.Banking, lending, or reserve-based lending experience.Proficiency with IHS Harmony.Professional Engineer (PE) license.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proven capability to independently solve complex technical and business challenges.High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.Strong project management and organizational skills.Passion for continuous improvement and technical excellence.Commitment to mentoring and developing fellow team members.Benefits & Perks100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and children75% employer-paid spouse medical coverage401(k) match up to 7% of base salaryCompany-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insuranceSix weeks of PTO and 10 paid holidays annuallyHybrid flexibility (WFH every 1st and 3rd Friday)Onsite fitness center, free beverages, and casual dress codeThis position is subject to a non-compete agreement.Adamas Energy Operating LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
