Working work under general direction of the Senior Manager II Data Engineering, the Engineer monitors, debugs, and enhances the performance of applications.\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):\n\nOversee the end-to-end development of MuleSoft integration solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of complex data integration projects.\nDefine and drive the strategic vision for data integration, aligning with organizational goals and leveraging advanced technologies such as digital twin, Azure, MQTT, and Snowflake.\nArchitect scalable and resilient integration solutions as an individual contributor.\nConduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training for the development team.\nImplement MuleSoft security best practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data throughout the integration processes.\nEngage in continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.\nExperience with performance tuning and optimization of MuleSoft integrations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive data integration strategies.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, solution architecture, and best practices across the data integration team.\nImplement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership in solving complex integration challenges, ensuring the team meets project timelines and objectives.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications & Experience Required (5+ Years)\nEnterprise MuleSoft Architecture & Delivery: Extensive experience leading MuleSoft (Mule 4.3+) enterprise integration programs across cloud and on-prem environments, including CloudHub and hybrid architectures\nDigital Twin & Intelligent Ecosystem Integration: Proven expertise integrating MuleSoft with enterprise Digital Twin platforms, IoT ecosystems (MQTT), Azure services, Snowflake, and AI-driven systems to enable real-time operational visibility, predictive analytics, and asset intelligence\nAPI Strategy & Advanced Integration Design: Expert in RESTful API architecture, reusable API frameworks, advanced integration patterns, and full lifecycle API governance using Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Exchange, API Manager).\nReal-Time Data & Event-Driven Architecture: Advanced proficiency in DataWeave, Kafka-based streaming, event-driven integration, and complex data transformation supporting high-volume enterprise environments.\nAutomation & AI Enablement: Experience implementing MuleSoft RPA and AI-enabled automation to unlock real-time APIs and streamline operational workflows.\nDevOps & CI/CD Governance: Strong command of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Advanced MUnit to enable automated testing, secure deployments, and scalable integration delivery.\nSecurity, Governance & C4E Leadership: Deep knowledge of API security best practices and Center for Enablement (C4E) models to ensure standardized, secure, and scalable enterprise integration frameworks.\nProgramming & Platform Expertise: Proficient in Java, Python, Linux environments, and custom Mule connector development.\nProduction Support & Operational Excellence: Enterprise experience supporting mission-critical cloud and on-prem systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nEmerging Technologies (Gen AI): Familiarity with Generative AI methodologies and embedding AI-driven capabilities within enterprise integration landscapes.\n\nABOUT ISHIR\nISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
