Ayuda has office locations in Washington, DC, Silver Spring, MD and Fairfax, VA.\nWHY YOU WANT THIS JOB?\nBecause, just like everyone at Ayuda, you believe:\nIn seeing communities where all immigrants succeed and thrive in the United States.\nIn the overall success of our organization and all our programs.\nThat families should be healthy and safe from harm.\nThat all people should have access to professional, honest, and ethical services, regardless of ability to pay or status in this country.\nThat diversity and equality make this country better.\nWHAT WILL THIS JOB ENTAIL?\nTechnology & Equipment\nTake the lead on responding to requests to Operations team; track requests and tickets through Monday.com.\nLead equipment and software license tracking.\nCoordinate and install new tech hardware when it arrives at the office.\nCoordinate with IT provider to set up new computers and computers; receive and test the set-up and ensure new employees are able to log on and use them.\nSet up new employee accounts.\nSupport Data Team with case management software.\nSupport Operations Manager with staff trainings on Ayuda software.\nFacilities and Maintenance\nOversee and support special operations projects in our D.C., Silver Spring, and Fairfax offices.\nReceive incoming postal mail for Admin Headquarters.\nSupport space planning needs, including project management support for office moves and vendor/cost analysis for vendors needed to set up and maintain offices.\nSupport intake specialists with any issues that come up with Ayuda’s physical office spaces.\nPurchasing/Vendors/Financial Reconciliation\nProcurement process: Review existing vendors annually and find new vendors as needed.\nManage Operations credit card: purchase office supplies and other necessary items, maintain receipts and disbursement forms, reconcile credit card each month.\nRequirements:\nHOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU CAN DO THIS JOB?\nEligibility: Must be legally able to work in the United States and maintain proper work authorization throughout employment.\nMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the position presented in a general office environment.
