Top Skills' Details1) 4-8 years of experience2) Secret clearance (will upgrade and run SSBI), Sec+, CCNA preferred3) Ribbon / Cisco / Avaya (avaya going end of life) experience Job Description• Requires Bachelors and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. • Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent to meet requirement.• Experience with one or multiple Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Avaya Aura Application Server.• Expertise in SIP internetworking signaling and call flow.• Demonstrable experience of advanced fault analysis to isolate and diagnose network problems for routing, switching, security and large scale voice implementations.• Currently possess an active Secret security clearance. • Working knowledge of Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) including associated G.711 and G.729 codecs and Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF).• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and or Avaya Aura soft switches.• Experience with Oracle SBCs and other voice media gateway appliances.• Experience supporting distributed firewall infrastructure.• Experience creating/supporting IPSec MPLS VPN infrastructure• Experience implementing and supporting BGP routing protocols• Experience designing, configuring and troubleshooting QoS classification, marking and prioritization of network traffic (voice, critical applications, etc.).• Familiarity with IPSec implementation and troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPlatforms - Voice over IP experience / call manager is great to haveRibbon communications / oracle sbc's are the main focus of this specific position - Ribbon is a secure cloud provider and a recently implemented platform for DISA PACTowards end of life on avaya platformsTeam size: 6 including this individualOff of TDM now, it's all IP / VOICESIP protocol experienceStandard networking (IP/r&S/virtualization - VMWare/firewall - primarily cisco ASA's)Probably need someone with more experience at the sys admin level - device admin exp - routing and switchingProgram office: sends teams to do installs / usually just a few weeksEmployee Value Proposition (EVP)Joining a high visibility team that will grow given DISA consolidation. 5 years on contract.Work EnvironmentOn site, collaborating with team, taking escalation tickets for all UC issues.Business Drivers/Customer ImpactDeliver on any UC issues that arise, execute on new installs / projects, otherwise comm services will not be working and Leidos will not hit SLA's
