If this sounds exciting—and the job description below feels like a fit—we really hope you’ll consider joining us along this journey!\nWhat You'll Be Doing in the role of Human Resources Coordinator:\nRepresent HR and act as first contact and resource for a broad range of HR matters.\nProvides administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurately processing HR transactions and reporting.\nCoordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure that all new hire documentation is completed timely and accurately.\nMaintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.\nCollecting and processing new hire paperwork, including tax forms, I-9 verification, and benefits enrollment.\nServe as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.\nIntroducing new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.\nPrepare and process HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employee changes, promotions, terminations, etc.\nCoordinates the Performance Management process and programs.\nConduct and track pre-employment requirements such as background checks, DMV, credentialing, etc.\nCreate employee digital employment records including personnel files, compliance documentation, etc.\nWork cross-functionally with members of the HR, Talent, Training, and Program teams to ensure staff matters are addressed timely.\nActs as a resource for employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit, payroll and HR practices.\nWorks closely on employee experience and other department projects.\nThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Qualifications and Knowledge:\nDid you know that research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups often apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications? Range placement is determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
