Whether managing teams or executing technical tasks, you will be instrumental in turning blueprints into reality and creating lasting structures that stand the test of time.\nResponsibilities\nOperate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as excavation, concrete finishing, framing, roofing, and masonry\nConduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications\nManage construction estimating processes by assessing material needs, labor hours, and costs for various phases of the project\nPerform detailed carpentry work including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and framing as required\nExecute specialized tasks such as stucco application, plastering, caulking, glass installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration projects\nRequirements\nProven experience in construction site management or hands-on craftsmanship across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing\nProficiency with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation\nStrong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading skills\nAbility to operate heavy equipment safely along with familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments\nExperience with schematics interpretation and fabrication processes for custom projects\nKnowledge of safety protocols related to construction site operations and ability to enforce compliance among team members\nExcellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project managers\nRelevant certifications or licenses in construction management or specific trades are a plus\nDrivers license and reliable transportation required\nJoin us in building innovative structures that make a difference!
